The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions and all related platform policies:

To register and maintain an active account with aj328, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any wager on the platform.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online betting services is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must be registering on your own behalf as a private individual — corporate accounts and accounts registered on behalf of a third party are not permitted.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of aj328 or any of its technology, game studio, or payment processing partners, unless you have received written exemption from the platform.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the platform via a self-exclusion request or platform-initiated ban. If you have previously self-excluded, you must contact support to complete the re-activation process before creating a new account.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. Persons who lack legal capacity to contract may not register.

Each eligible individual may register one account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, household, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and cancellation of all pending withdrawal requests.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

aj328 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, including applications from persons in jurisdictions where the platform determines that providing services creates legal or regulatory risk.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must:

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general terms, the offer-specific terms take precedence.

General Bonus Rules:

• Each bonus offer is available once per Member, per household, and per IP address unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by Members who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the applicable offer — this typically includes completing a qualifying deposit and opting in to the promotion.

All bets and wagers placed on the aj328 platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or event on which the bet is placed. Members are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager.

Sportsbook: All sports bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant competition at the conclusion of the relevant match or event period, as determined by the relevant governing body. In-play (live) bets are placed at the risk of the Member; aj328 reserves the right to delay or refuse live bets where a technical delay in data delivery creates a risk of market manipulation.

Live Casino: All live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical dealing or spinning processes conducted by certified studio dealers.
